The Starbook Sheetfolder is our answer to the growing demands of modern book production from a single sheet. The innovative solution processes individual sheets into 4-page signatures, which are precisely glued and shaped into high-quality book blocks – perfectly tailored to automated finishing in perfect binders.

Thanks to intelligent automation, the system adapts flexibly to different book formats and page counts – ideal for short runs and even single copies. The new multicut function also enables the processing of 4-up, 6-up, 8-up and 10-up printed sheets, opening up entirely new design possibilities. Even different paper types within a single book block are no challenge for the Starbook Sheetfolder.

Whether inline with a printing system or perfect binder, or nearline with infeed from a pallet feeder: the Starbook Sheetfolder takes efficiency, quality, and flexibility to a new level.
