At Müller Martini, the security of our products and the protection of customer data are our highest priorities. We therefore regularly review our systems for potential security risks and continuously work to address them.

We welcome reports of potential security vulnerabilities. If you discover a vulnerability, please notify us using the form below so that we can analyze and address it as quickly as possible.

HOW TO REPORT VULNERABILITIES RESPONSIBLY

To help us handle reported vulnerabilities securely and efficiently, please follow these guidelines:

  • Test vulnerabilities only to the extent necessary and do not exploit them.
  • Do not access data belonging to others or modify any systems.
  • Avoid attacks or tests that could disrupt or negatively affect our systems.
  • Keep information about vulnerabilities confidential.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations at all times.

 

OUR PROCESS

Your report is important to us. We therefore commit to the following process:

  • Every report will be treated confidentially and reviewed, even if submitted anonymously.
  • You will receive confirmation that we have received your report within three business days.
  • Within five business days after confirmation, we will provide you with our initial findings, an assessment of the situation, and information about the next steps.
  • If resolving the issue requires additional time, we will keep you informed about the progress and the expected completion date.

    Please describe the security vulnerability, incident, or unusual behavior in as much detail as possible. Helpful information includes the affected systems, date and time, location, and any observed impact.
    Please provide the relevant technical details and the steps required to reproduce the issue.
