HOW TO REPORT VULNERABILITIES RESPONSIBLY
To help us handle reported vulnerabilities securely and efficiently, please follow these guidelines:

- Do not access data belonging to others or modify any systems.
- Avoid attacks or tests that could disrupt or negatively affect our systems.
- Keep information about vulnerabilities confidential.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations at all times.
OUR PROCESS
Your report is important to us. We therefore commit to the following process:
- Every report will be treated confidentially and reviewed, even if submitted anonymously.
- You will receive confirmation that we have received your report within three business days.
- Within five business days after confirmation, we will provide you with our initial findings, an assessment of the situation, and information about the next steps.
- If resolving the issue requires additional time, we will keep you informed about the progress and the expected completion date.
