Innovative Individual Feeder

The machine’s up to 14 individual feeders not only have a servo drive to ensure fast make-ready times, but they can also be tilted as well. As a result, it can be used for several applications, such as manual feeding or determining the optimal height for signatures. The feeders can be operated easily by a single employee thanks to their loading height.
 

Easy Operation

The Prinova has an entirely new user interface with context-based displays and an intuitive operating concept. The high level of user-friendliness shortens processes. All settings can be adjusted centrally using the machine’s large touchscreen. Machine operators also appreciate the fact that the three-knife trimmer is easy to operate. The quick-release level allows convenient adjustment of the thickness setting.
 

Asir Pro Camera System

The highlights of the Prinova include the Asir Pro camera system developed by Muller Martini. It recognizes and compares the sections using a 1D/2D code and/or by comparing the images. As a result, end products containing errors are now a thing of the past. This is especially important if you regularly produce products involving a change of language.
