The modular high-end solution with RX8 media changer is designed for industrial book block production in the lower and middle segment, characterized by its ideal price/performance ratio. The Plowfolder PF7 technology can be operated inline with an integrated printing system or nearline with a pre-printed paper web. Paper webs up to 762 mm in width are processed into 4-page, 6-page, or 8-page signatures with very short setup times. The CS6-HS sheeter and the SD7-II star wheel delivery enable production speeds of up to 200 m/min at 600 output cycles per hour. The integrated glue aggregate and precise packer box delivery ensure reliable finishing.
