MPOWER – the individual customer portal


The central MPOWER customer portal with integrated eShop provides easy and secure access to many functions – with just one login and without you having to install anything. Via the cloud-based communication platform, you have access to spare parts orders, service activities, access to spare parts catalogues and operating instructions or access to production data. You can conveniently monitor your plant via tablet, computer or smartphone and take immediate action in production.

Spare parts procurement is much more convenient for you thanks to MPOWER with integrated eShop: around the clock, you can query prices and availability of articles, request quotations, trigger orders and track the delivery status at the touch of a button. Our original spare parts meet all quality requirements for your machine and are delivered as quick as possible.

All important documentations

In MPOWER, you have direct access to all essential technical documentation of your plant. This includes spare parts catalogues and operating instructions as well as electrical diagrams of your machines. If necessary, a powerful search function supports you in quickly finding the relevant information. For new machines, the documentation has been available in MPOWER since 2021. Subsequent deliveries for older machines are available on request.

With the practical eCall function, you get service and support at the touch of a button. With a simple click, the service request is started and our service specialists can take care of your technical problem. In the MPOWER portal, the current service requests are clearly displayed with their respective status. This considerably reduces the time span from the occurrence of a problem to its solution.

Please note:

MPOWER includes chargeable modules/functions as well as modules/functions that require an MMRemote contract. The available functionality of individual modules as well as the scope of the data displayed in Connex Info Cloud depends on the machine type and machine generation. Not all modules are currently available in all countries.
