The Publica PRO is the fully automatic complete solution with performance-adapted gathering machine and efficient palletizer for processing sheetfed, web-fed and gravure printing layers.

New generation

The Publica PRO offers numerous innovations – a new CoPilot system (Siemens-NX) with intuitive design and individual user interface, swivelling touchscreens for greater ease of use, optimized side gluing by repositioning the gluing discs and Robatech-VPN back nozzle gluing.
 

Full automation

The high-performance perfect binders of the Publica PRO generation operate on the swivel clamp principle and process a wide range of formats. Full automation guarantees easy operation and high production speeds. 

Fast changeover for format and operating mode changes

The short make-ready times ensure that you can produce efficiently even with frequent format changes. The pressing rails for the various operating modes can be changed by pushing a button via pneumatic control.
 

Robust construction

The Publica PRO is very robustly built and therefore extremely durable, offering a high level of investment protection – even at peak daily performance, seven days a week. The modern spraying device for constant lubrication extends the service life. And the automatic chain tensioning system minimizes the risk of under or over tensioning.
