Since moving to our new MPower customer service portal, we have made some significant updates to the site after listening to your needs. These changes have been very beneficial in providing you the information you need at your fingertips. Some of the updates include: 

-    Tracking information.
-    Shipping method listed on the PDF version of order confirmations.
-    PDF documents for quotes, orders, packing slips and invoices.
-    Speedier entry of part numbers in shopping cart.
-    Weekly backorder report.
-    Access to all parts and operation and maintenance manuals for your specific equipment.

And, we aren’t stopping there.  As we continue to grow our new MPower site, we are constantly looking at ways to improve the flow of information we provide to you.  Always feel free to reach out to our friendly, highly experienced Parts Specialists with any questions regarding MPower. Whether it be how to check availability, where to find your orders, or just overall navigation, we are here to help.

With MPower, our customers receive immediate access to parts ordering and other service information, culminating in a highly customized experience that not only speeds ordering and inquiries, but provides entrée to company-specific data including parts and machine order history, Muller equipment inventory, and service call log.
