Unless otherwise agreed, the following applies to consignments with the EXW, FCA, FOB (Incoterms 2010):

 
Deliveries less than 31,5 kg
The parcel service provider TNT/Fedex is responsible for deliveries less than 31,5 kg.
 
Deliveries from 31,5 kg
For deliveries of 31.5 kg or more, Ziegler (Switzerland) AG must be contacted or instructed:

  • Shipments must be notified in advance so that the agreed delivery date can be guaranteed. As a minimum, notification must be given 2 days before dispatch and no later than 11.00 a.m.
