“Muller Martini has connected everything that can be connected.”

“I look forward to the Hunkeler Innovationdays every time. For me, this event has become the leading trade show in the field of digital printing and digital finishing,” says Sebastian Birzele, Head of Bookbinding at the German printing company C.H.Beck. The trade show is compact and well laid out, with all the major manufacturers gathered in one place, which makes it very efficient to find out about the latest technologies.

He describes the atmosphere at the show as great: “The exhibition halls and stands are full and you meet many familiar faces from the industry. I really appreciate the networking, including with contacts from other companies.”

Sebastian Birzele is particularly impressed by the Muller Martini stand: “Muller Martini has connected everything that can be connected. From the white roll to the finished book – it's fantastic to see that everything works seamlessly.” He highlights the Vareo PRO perfect binder and the InfiniTrim cutting robot, which are perfect for digital printing, especially due to the elimination of changeover times. “It's going in exactly the right direction.”

For C.H.Beck, Muller Martini is one of the most important machine manufacturers in the bookbinding sector. “Our Alegro perfect binder is running excellently and, since we also have many Kolbus machines, we particularly appreciate the very good service from Muller Martini,” emphasizes Sebastian Birzele.

C.H.Beck, a full-service company in the print and media industry with around 300 employees, is one of the market leaders in Germany. One of its strengths lies in the cross-media production of a wide range of publications for well-known customers in the publishing and industrial sectors.
