First-time Collaboration: Arsa Invests in a Vareo PRO from Muller Martini
Arsa, a Lyon-based finishing company specializing in bookbinding, recently invested in a Vareo PRO perfect binder with a PUR system, making it its first investment with Muller Martini. “The collaboration, which was sealed at the Hunkeler Innovationdays 2025, marks the beginning of a promising partnership between Arsa and Muller Martini,” says David Bassard, Sales Manager Region Western Europe.
Arsa has been successfully working with a Heidelberg Eurobind 1300 PUR perfect binder since 2008 and is seeking to further increase the quality, reliability and productivity of its externally printed productions. Convinced by the ergonomics of the machine, its fast makeready, its versatility and flexibility, and the quality of the products produced during the tests at the Print Finishing Center in Zofingen, Arsa chose the
Vareo PRO to meet the print shop's growing demands in terms of cost, quality and delivery time.

The Arsa bookbindery processes a wide variety of products in different formats and with a wide range of papers. With the Vareo PRO, Arsa can now efficiently process very short-run jobs of 1 to 3,500 copies to the highest quality standards, whether they are produced digitally or in offset.
The decision in favor of the Vareo PRO was supported by the trust in the high-quality products and services from Muller Martini, such as a Remote Line connection. David Bassard: “We are looking forward to the installation of the new machine from August 2025, so that Arsa can optimally meet the increasing demand for perfectly bound products.”
