The Muller Martini Life Cycle Program is based on four clearly defined phases and offers you a comprehensive concept for ensuring the performance and availability of your machines throughout their entire life cycle. Thanks to the structured life cycle phases, you always know exactly to what extent our services are available for your specific machine generation – from commissioning and ongoing operation to modernization or replacement.
MMServices – guarantee of optimal services
Muller Martini machines are durable! For this reason, our services range over a large installed machine base. With the comprehensive MMServices service program, the service specialists at Muller Martini ensure that your machines will produce reliably for many years.
MMUptodate – investment in availability
The success of many of these older machines is based on the fact that they are equipped with machine controls: faster production speeds and shorter setup times are just two of the benefits. But these controls have a finite life cycle and, at some point, the parts or components will no longer be available from our suppliers. We are always looking for alternatives for discontinued components, repairing parts when possible, buying up remaining stocks when a part is discontinued, or developing retrofits. The aim of all these measures is to extend the life span of your machine.
Life Cycle Management – predictable future
Because of the large installed base of Muller Martini machines, it is necessary to structure our service offering in a sensible manner, so we can continue to offer our first-class services in accordance with the life cycle of your machine at a high level in the future as well. The Muller Martini life cycle program, which includes four life cycle phases, now provides you with a high level of security when it comes to the operation of your machine. You will know with reliability the extent to which our services are available to you. Based on this, we are pleased to provide you with a risk analysis in the form of a life cycle report, so you can plan the future of your installed machines in an optimal manner.
