The Diamant PRO Digital redefines digital hardcover production. It combines maximum versatility, outstanding process reliability, and intelligent automation in a production system that operates cost-effectively from the very first book. With its segmented transport chain, dynamic format adjustment, and advanced control system, the line processes a wide range of formats, book types, and run lengths without interruption. Barcode-controlled changeovers, integrated measurement systems, and automatic fine adjustments ensure that even complex job sequences run reliably and precisely. From Book of One and mixed runs to series production, the Diamant PRO Digital adapts seamlessly to every challenge and delivers consistently high quality.
Faster Format Changeovers
The segmented transport chain with a split bridge enables faster format changeovers and fewer cycles per segment. This increases output, particularly for short and medium runs. The split bridge also improves process reliability: in the event of a mismatch, book blocks can be ejected directly between segments.
First-Class Quality Through Intelligent Precision
The rounding and backing station ensures outstanding quality. An integrated height measurement system automatically adjusts the backing and headbanding stations precisely for each book. All fine adjustments are made automatically, without operator intervention. The result: consistently high book quality and perfectly shaped spines.
Maximum Versatility for Every Run Length
Individual servo drives, advanced controls, and dynamic format adjustment enable the Diamant PRO Digital to produce round- and flat-back books to industrial quality standards. Fully sequential, barcode-controlled changeovers automatically adapt the line to changing jobs with minimal operator intervention.
