The Starbook Sheetfolder is our answer to the growing demands of modern book production from a single sheet. The innovative solution processes individual signatures to 4-page signatures, which are precisely glued and shaped into high-quality book blocks – perfectly tailored to automated finishing in perfect binders. Thanks to intelligent automation, the system adapts flexibly to different book formats and page volumes – ideal for small runs and even single copies. The new multicut function also enables the processing of 4-up, 6-up, and 8-up printed signatures, opening up totally new design possibilities. Whether inline with a printing system or perfect binder or nearline with infeed from the pallet feeder: The Starbook Sheetfolder takes efficiency, quality, and flexibility to a new level.
