A Completely Modular Design Makes It Flexible

The ZU 842 vacuum belt gathering machine has a completely modular design, offering you flexibility and expansion options with no limits. The gathering machine has 9 to 24 feeding stations and a performance range of up to 18,000 cycles per hour and it is especially suited for producing a comprehensive product range. A signature control and an optical layer recognition system ensure high process reliability.

Secure processing

Extremely reliable signature separation up to a maximum spine length of 510 mm based on the vacuum belt principle for straightline section transport with no pre-acceleration.

High Flexibility

Depending on the configuration, a variety of advertising mediums can be processed with card gluers or the electrostatic attachment of inserts and fold-out signature feeders.

Efficient Loading

The STA 842 bundle feeder enables extremely efficient loading of the gathering machine.
