Training Courses
BOT – Basic Operator Training
After completing the training, you will be able to operate the machine independently, produce simple orders, and optimize production. You will also be familiar with the daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
This training is aimed at machine operators, shift supervisors, and service technicians and lasts 3-5 days, depending on the machine. No prerequisites.
Content of Training
- Learn about and use central and decentralized controls
- Use the operating instructions and spare parts catalog
- Learn about the functionality and operation of the individual stations
- Learn about and use the setup assistant
- Create, load, and then produce simple jobs
- Learn about the functionality of the motorized axes
- Understand the functionality of the quality controls
- Practical exercises and production optimization
AOT – Advanced Operator Training
After completing the training, you will be able to operate the machine independently, produce complex orders, and increase the availability of the machine. You will also be familiar with the daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance tasks.
This training is aimed at machine operators, shift supervisors, and service technicians and lasts 3-5 days, depending on the machine. Participation in BOT is a prerequisite.

- Use the operating instructions and spare parts catalog
- Understand the functionality and operation of the individual stations
- Learn about and use setup assistants
- Create, load, and then produce complex jobs
- Understand the functionality of the motorized axes and reference them
- Master the functionality of quality controls

BBT – Book Binding Technology
After completing the training, you will be familiar with the different book manufacturing processes and be able to distinguish between them.
This two-day training course is aimed at machine operators, shift supervisors, service technicians, and marketing and sales personnel. No prerequisites.
Content of Training
- Basics of paper production, paper types, folding technology
- Book binding technology
- Book binding technology (definition and processes)
- Adhesive binding systems (soft and hardcover, Swiss brochure, Otabind, etc.)
- Book spine processing technology
- Adhesive binding processes (cold glue, hot glue, two-component glue, and PUR)
- Production of hardcover books
