EasyFly PRO – The Front Trim Unit for the Highest Standards

Used in perfect binding lines to process fold-out brochures, the EasyFly PRO convinces with maximum flexibility, high user friendliness, and outstanding trim quality – for both thread-sewn and perfect-bound products. By focusing on modern book design, such as printed cutting surfaces and high-quality cover coatings, the EasyFly PRO is the ideal response to growing demands in the softcover segment. It is suitable for medium to large print runs, as well as for book-of-one-production in digital printing.

Quick changeover

Thanks to motorized adjustment elements and intuitive operation via touchscreen or barcode, the EasyFly PRO can be changed to a new format in around just 15 seconds. This speed saves valuable production time and enables flexible use – from conventional run printing to digital on-demand business.

Maximum trim quality

The combination of carbide tipped blade and cutting bar ensures precise cuts, even in demanding materials. The innovative opening system does not use vacuums or suckers, opening the cover above the trim waste. This protects covers from damage or marks, even in flaps folded multiple times or very long flaps.

Flexible integration

The EasyFly PRO can be easily integrated into existing production lines, before or after the three-knife trimmer. If required, the unit can be transformed into a normal conveyor belt at the press of a button, without any additional gates or bypass systems. Alternatively, it can also be used as a standalone machine.
