Perfect Binder from Muller Martini

GPS is Looking Forward to the new Alegro Perfect Binder

GPS, one of Ireland's largest sheetfed printer, will soon be installing an Alegro perfect binder from Muller Martini at its site in Belfast, Ireland.

The company will be able to organize its production much more efficiently with the new Alegro, which replaces an old Heidelberg perfect binder – especially during the peak season lasting from August to December. "Our print runs and volumes are constantly increasing and the demand for our services is growing all the time," explains David Bell, Director of GPS, during his visit at the Muller Martini drupa booth. "That's why we're looking forward to this efficient perfect binder, which we expect will triple our productivity."

After visiting Muller Martini in Switzerland to compare the different Muller Martini perfect binders, David Bell decided in favour of the Alegro, which perfectly meets GPS's needs: "The Alegro will be equipped with five stream feeders, which will be extremely helpful for jobs with many signatures." This machine equipment makes it possible for GPS to simplify its production processes – a major advantage given the shortage of skilled labour in Ireland.

Looking forward to the new Alegro perfect binder, which will be installed shortly: Lorraine Bell, Director GPS (second from right) next to her brother David Bell, Director GPS (second from left) together with David McGinlay (left), Sales Manager Region Western Europe and Thomas Graf, Regional Sales Manager Muller Martini.
