SwissSkills 2025: Bronze for Manuel Lüthi – strong performance by Robert Ceni

SwissSkills 2025 in Bern was a complete success for Muller Martini: our two apprentices, Manuel Lüthi (automation engineer) and Robert Ceni (polymechanic), impressed with their outstanding performances and showed what they are capable of.

Manuel Lüthi came in third place and was delighted to receive the bronze medal. An outstanding result that impressively demonstrates his professional competence, commitment, and passion for his profession. Robert Ceni also put in a strong performance and secured fifth place in his category – a result that also reflects his great skill and perseverance.

Manuel Lüthi (second from right) took third place in the automation engineer category at SwissSkills 2025.

Supported by their vocational trainers and the entire Muller Martini team, the two spent weeks preparing intensively for the competition. Whether programming, assembling, machining workpieces, or performing under time pressure: Manuel and Robert gave their all and competed against Switzerland's best young talents.

We are proud of our apprentices and congratulate them warmly on their success. A big thank you also goes to everyone who accompanied and supported them along the way – whether at work, at school or in their private lives. Such achievements are only possible when many people pull together.

Strong performance by Robert Ceni (middle row, gray T-shirt): he secured 5th place in the polymechanic category at SwissSkills 2025.

SwissSkills is not just a competition, but also a stage for vocational training and a strong sign for the future. Manuel and Robert have shown that they are ready to actively shape this future.

Congratulations – you are true champions!
