Bradford & Bigelow enters the hardcover business with Diamant MC 60
For the first time in its company history, US printer Bradford & Bigelow is investing in a Diamant MC 60 hardcover line from Muller Martini.
Bradford & Bigelow from Newburyport, MA, offers its customers the complete supply chain from printing to saddle stitching and perfect binding to warehousing and pursues the goal of being “best in class”. For Managing Director John Galligan, whom Muller Martini welcomed to the drupa stand, this also includes always using the latest technologies in his company: “We want to develop our company further and have an excellent partner for this in Muller Martini.”
Andy Fetherman, Director of Muller Martini Region North America, also commented positively on the company's decision to enter the hardcover business: “Although the book market in the USA has declined somewhat in the recent past, we are clearly seeing a recovery the last couple of months and expect further upturn in the future.”
Looking forward to putting a Diamant MC 60 bookline into operation soon: John Galligan, Managing Director of the American printing company Bradford & Bigelow (second from right), Imanol Cortazar, VP of Process Improvement Bradford & Bigelow (right) with Rudolf Müller, Member of the Board of Directors of Muller Martini (second from left) and Bruno Müller, CEO of Muller Martini.
