In the second installment of the Xfair in Vienna, Muller Martini again welcomed many customers from Austria and Eastern Europe at its booth in the historic Marxhalle. The highly automated Vareo perfect binder in combination with the Granit three-knife trimmer turned out to be a crowd puller. The visitors were impressed by the presented productions of cocktail books and product catalogs, which were bound in five language versions using PUR. “The versatile options for the variance of languages, titles and contents and the use in both offset and digital printing are in line with the spirit of the times,” said Roland Henn, Managing Director of Muller Martini Austria, taking stock of the successful fair appearance. “We're particularly delighted that we were able to sell the configuration to Elixir Press in Romania right on the first day of the fair. The benefits of the machine and the comprehensive equipment with PUR, hotmelt and crash station convinced Managing Director Vasile Tirsolea that this is the ideal combination for his digital printing house.”
