What can you expect at the interview
When we invite you to an interview, it’s a big moment – for you and for us. It’s an opportunity for both of us to find out if we’re a good fit for each other.
These are the key points:
- Getting to know one another
- Demonstrating skills
- Asking questions
- Do we fit to one another?
A job interview is not an interrogation – it’s an opportunity for us to get to know one another. Regardless of the position you are applying for, the initial meeting will last around one hour. If everything goes well, we’ll invite you to a second interview and give you an answer very soon after.
Good luck with the interview!
In order to help you relax and prepare for the interview, here are a few tips. You’ll find them helpful whether you already have a few years of professional experience or this is your first job interview.
Tips for the interview
Be yourself. We want to get to know your true self, so show it to us. We want to find employees who share our attitudes and values, and will be able to fully develop here. So relax and be yourself.
Be passionate. We’re looking for people with energy and enthusiasm, whether they already have industry experience or not.
Be curious. We're looking for team players who enjoy learning, will boldly face new challenges and want to improve things – even about themselves! That way, you’ll be ideally positioned to help us grow as a company and move forward with your career.
Be frank. We’re not checking off boxes, so don’t worry about giving the “wrong” answer. Everyone has their own unique skills.
Invest a little time to learn about our company before your interview. This will not only show your interest but also reveal your passion for what we do and the values that we stand for.
Feel comfortable with us. Your interview will give you a sense of our work environment. Ask yourself if you can identify with our values and if you would be happy in your future workplace. Ultimately, we want you to enjoy coming to work every day, so things should feel right from day one.
Understand our values. The ability to solve problems, commitment, teamwork and dedication are really important to us and, in a sense, the essence of our company. If these values are important to you too, then tell us more about them.
Provide honest examples. Tell us how you overcame challenges in the past. We want to know what you’ve already achieved or done in a particular situation. We’d simply like to know who we’re speaking to.
That’s what the interview is about. We look forward to meeting you. Good luck! So show us what you can do.
